How You Can Help

All donations contribute to the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center at Eisenhower's many vital services. Approximately 90% our budget comes from the generosity of a caring, worldwide community, fundraising events and charitable organizations. This heartfelt support ensures that children are counseled regardless of a family's inability to pay. The cost of 10 counseling sessions is $1,000.

Get Involved

  • Uncles Club

    Become a member of the Uncles Club with a $1,000 annual contribution.
    This group of special men support the mission of the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center and ensures that no child who needs help will be turned away due to inability to pay for treatment. In appreciation, the children send personal remembrances to Uncles throughout the year during the time of treatment. Annual contributions by members provide financial assistance to ensure that abuse victims receive the professional care they desperately need.

  • Aunts Club

    Become a member of the Aunts Club with a $1,000 annual contribution.
    This group of special women is dedicated to the interest of the children at the non-profit Barbara Sinatra Children's Center. Like the Uncles Club, Aunts enrich the lives of young victims through the care provided by financial support. In appreciation, the children send special remembrances to the Aunts during the time of their treatment.

  • Birthday, Anniversary, Get Well, Memorial, Thank You Gifts

    You can help by making a Tribute Gift with a minimum donation of $20, in honor of a friend or family member to recognize a special occasion, wish a speedy recovery, or in memory of a loved one or friend. The recipient of your tribute will receive a personal letter from Barbara Sinatra.

  • General/Unrestricted Financial Donations

    General/Unrestricted financial donations unrelated to Aunts, Uncles or Tribute designations are welcome. A minimum donation of $25 ensures that your contribution is being used in the most effective way possible. All donations contribute to the many vital services of the Children's Center.

The Barbara Sinatra Children's Center at Eisenhower is a registered 501.c.3 non-profit organization.

Wish List

Providing shelter and food are on-going concerns for many Barbara Sinatra Children's Center at Eisenhower's families. More than 80% of children we counsel are from households with incomes below the Federal Government poverty line. We do what we can to help with basics and make sure our families know people care. Donations for boys and girls through age 18, in all sizes, may be brought to the Children's Center. Items do not need to be new, just clean and in good condition. We are grateful for your assistance.

  • Hygiene, Clothing

    Shampoo, hair conditioner, hair gel and mousse, hair brushes and combs, hair ribbons and barrettes, hair dryers, bath soap, body lotion, deodorant, toothpaste, tooth brushes, mouth wash.
    Bath towels, wash cloths, bathrobes, pajamas (smallest through young adult), socks, sweaters, lightweight jackets, jeans (smallest through adult), solid color pocket T-shirts, boys and men's belts, sports shorts (elastic waist, cotton and nylon), sneakers and sandals (smallest through adult size nine), and baseball caps.

  • Sports

    Soccer balls, footballs, basketballs, baseball gloves and bats, softballs, junior golf clubs, balls, and tees, tennis racquets and balls.

  • Miscellaneous

    Alarm clocks and wrist watches are very popular with the children, parents and guardian; so the youngsters get where they need to on time! Journals/diaries, backpacks and batteries of all sizes.

  • Toys

    Board games (checkers, chess, Candyland®, Shoots & Ladders®, Connect Four®, Monopoly®, UNO®, etc.), Match Box® and Hot Wheel® cars and play sets, toy trucks, building blocks (Lego®, foam blocks, Lincoln Logs®), playing cards and card games (Go Fish®, Old Maid®), Colorforms®, jigsaw puzzles (200 and fewer piece sets), yo-yos, rubber balls, model building sets (cars, airplanes, dinosaurs), and paint sets.

  • School supplies are always welcome!
